I ordered a handful of kitchen stuff and party supplies from dollarstore.com, everything showed up the way it was described. The sizes, colors, and quantities matched the listings, which I appreciated because people are quick to assume cheaper sites are automatically going to mess that up.

One item was maybe a little lighter in person, but not enough that I’d call it misleading or anything. Overall, there weren’t any weird surprises, and that’s a big deal to me. I’d order from them again.

I was able to cancel in the end, so at least it got done, but the timing was frustrating. It took longer than I expected, and of course it happened right when I needed it handled quickly. Support was polite enough, but the whole process felt slower than it should’ve been.

I grabbed a bunch of small things for around the house from dollarstore.com, the prices were decent. It’s not fancy stuff, but that’s kind of the whole reason I was shopping there. My order showed up without any issues and I didn’t feel like I spent too much on basic everyday things. I’d use it again when I just need cheap household stuff and don’t want to overpay.

"I can’t even get into my account"
I keep trying to reset my password and it just never works. Not sure if it’s a bug or what, but it’s really frustrating when all I’m trying to do is log in and get on with my day. I already have enough random little errands piling up, like I still need to pick up coffee filters, so dealing with this on top of that is just annoying.

My order was showing the wrong quantity, which was kind of annoying for a second, so I reached out to customer service. I was expecting the usual back-and-forth, and I had already started wondering if I’d need to cancel it or something.
But they replied quickly and fixed it without making it weird or complicated. The person actually sounded like a real human too, not one of those copy-paste replies, which I always notice. Anyway, small issue, but they handled it really well and I appreciated that

Whenever I need to pick up random basics, this is one of the first places I check. Most of the time, they already have what I’m looking for in stock, so I don’t have to waste time jumping between a bunch of different sites. It just makes shopping a little easier.

I had a good experience overall, the prices were cheap and my order showed up without any issues. One of the glass jars showed up cracked, which annoyed me because I don’t have much patience for dealing with returns. Support got back to me the next day and sent a replacement after I sent over a few photos. Taking the pics was a bit of a pain, but it did get sorted in the end.

Most of the order showed up fine, and the prices were good. The boxes were packed decently too. One item was missing, but customer service got it sorted out after I emailed them. Shipping was a bit slower than I hoped, though that’s partly on me for cutting it close. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I’d probably order again if I actually plan ahead next time.

"Coupons worked when I really needed a win"
I’ve used dollarstore.com a few times now, the discount codes actually worked like they said they would. I was already feeling mentally drained and did not have the energy to deal with expired coupons or some random checkout surprise, so it was a relief when everything went through smoothly. "Good updates and easy to deal with"
I ordered from Dollar Store the communication was better than I thought it’d be. I got emails when my order went through, when it shipped, and even when there was a small delay. It wasn’t anything fancy, but yeah, it helped so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on.
I’m giving 4 stars mostly because the tracking took a bit to update, which was kinda annoying. But overall it was a good experience, and customer service got back to me quick when I had a question...

I had to return an item that showed up broken, which was annoying because I had to go through the whole process of contacting support, packing it back up, and dealing with the return. I was expecting it to drag on, but customer service got back to me within a day and the refund showed up a few days later. It wasn’t exactly a fun experience, and I wish it hadn’t taken that much effort on my end, but at least they handled it quickly.
